Restoration
It depends on the tier. A rolling restoration usually runs 8–10 weeks. A body-off build typically takes 14–20 weeks, and a full frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration can run longer depending on parts availability. We give you a realistic timeline after inspection, not before.
Every car is different, which is why we don't quote sight-unseen. Rust damage, parts availability, and how far you want to take the build all change the number significantly. We inspect first, then give you a written, itemized estimate before any work begins.
In most cases, yes. We cross-reference factory paint codes and mix on-site, adjusting for fade and aging where needed so a repaired panel blends with original paint that's had decades of sun on it.
We handle sourcing through our supplier network — NOS and reproduction parts where available. Anything that can't be sourced, we fabricate in-house to match original dimensions and fitment.
Collision Repair & Insurance
Yes. We direct-bill most major Ontario insurers and handle the claim paperwork and adjuster communication on our end, so you're not stuck relaying information back and forth.
Absolutely. Written estimates are free and come with no obligation to book, whether or not you end up filing with insurance.
Yes — all collision repair workmanship is covered by a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Paint and parts carry manufacturer-specific warranties, which we'll go over with you at estimate time.
Car Show Prep
At least a week during peak season (June through August), since our detailing schedule fills up fast around major cruise-in dates. For a lighter refresh, 48–72 hours is often enough — ask us when you book.
Yes — a good number of our show prep customers had their car built somewhere else, or restored it themselves. We're happy to prep any car for show, no history with us required.
General
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours for a quick look, but if you want a technician's undivided attention for an inspection or estimate, we'd recommend booking a time in advance.
For collision repairs, we can coordinate a rental through your insurer where coverage applies. For restoration projects, most customers aren't relying on the vehicle day-to-day, so this comes up less often — ask us directly and we'll see what we can arrange.
We're based in Windsor and regularly work with owners from LaSalle, Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Lakeshore, Kingsville, Leamington and the broader Windsor-Essex region. Pickup and delivery can be arranged for restoration projects outside the immediate area.
